Westmoreland Shell & Jewel Green Iridescent Carnival Glass Sugar Bowl. beautiful carnival glass SUGAR BOWL made by Westmoreland Glass. It is made of deep aqua or green glass, with bright marigold iridescence. The SHELL & JEWEL pattern features a stippled exterior surface with four ribbed shell shapes around the bottom, and a row of large glass balls at the rim. Westmoreland originally made this pattern in 1896 and gave it the name VICTOR. The Victor pattern was made in a variety of colors but without iridescence, which was introduced decades later.
